Patton is a beautiful young adult who has been an inspiration to so many. She is an amazing artist, who loves working on art when she is physically able. Patton was diagnosed juvenile arthritis in kindergarten! No one was prepared for how much this diagnosis would change her future.

Patton was a very athletic little girl, then it just hurt to walk…stand, sit, etc. Her parents gave her the nickname “Sleeping Beauty” because she slept all the time.

Patton has had general anesthesia more times than she can count, the ER is a common place to visit.

When people hear she has arthritis, they think this is similar to what their Grandparents have…not really! None of those grandparents have had their jaw replaced because arthritis ate away the entire joint!

Patton is an ambassador for Make A Wish and the Arthritis Foundation. Currently she is enrolled in community college hoping to become a radiology technician.
