Mike Lemonds left a lucrative job managing a huge Real Estate portfolio to pursue a position teaching at Dripping Springs High School.  He came up with the idea for a High School class that allowed seniors the chance to take all the required Real Estate classes and get a license when they turn 18.  Mike wrote the entire curriculum and got it approved by the district and by the Texas Real Estate Commission.  His class was the first of it's kind in Texas and has now been copied by many other districts.  He shares stories of his successes and what it's like to teach these days.
