Ruben Contreras was born in Mexico City but always dreamed of living in the United States. He has a long career working as a project manager and architect on some of the biggest luxury hotel and resort properties in Mexico. His most recent project is The Grotto in Dripping Springs. It's a neighborhood built on the sense of community and giving. His long journey started in a church in Mexico city where as a teenager he spotted his future wife Suzie.
