Mark Sewell opened the
Hill Country Ranch Pizzeria in February of 2011. He wanted to offer really good food at a fair price and a "come as you are" environment. Twelve years later the Pizzeria is still going strong and Mark has added food trucks, Driftwood Bistro and the Hill Country Ranch Sweet Shop to his restaurant business. Mark is a coach at heart and has mentored his employees so they can grow and thrive.  He's a big believer in giving back to our little town and has contributed to a number of charities over the years.
