David Jones began working in commercial real estate in 1979 and formed David E. Jones & Associates, LLC in 1986. David is a state certified real estate appraiser in Texas. In 2020 David bought what is now the Camp David Retreat. One of David's passions is the ability to see a property's current use and envision how it could become something different. This property was being used for a residence and a dog boarding facility, and when it came on the market David saw a new way to utilize the beautiful 10 acres as a retreat setting. Inspired by his now-grown children who seemed to always be "bored" with family vacations, he wanted a way to revive old memories and create new ones. Camp David Retreat was born!
