Saúl Mendoza is a legendary Mexican wheelchair racer who competed in both the Olympic and Paralympic Games. He earned six Paralympic medals, multiple marathon titles, and made history by winning gold in the 1500m wheelchair demonstration event at the 2000 Olympics.
