Guest:
Dr. Matt Evans is what happens when one career and one hobby just aren’t enough. He’s a Texas A&M–trained equine veterinarian practicing outside Austin, a stand-up comedian performing around Central Texas and beyond, a writer, and because apparently he still had free time, an oil painter. He’s been married for more than 25 years and has two daughters, all of whom he freely admits are better than he deserves. By day he handles thousand-pound patients who can kick him, and by night he gets onstage in front of audiences who can be just as brutal.
