Ep.43 Sugar and Love-Short Term Rental Gurus (Dina and Joey Schechter of Dijo Homes)

Joey and Dina Schechter met working for a short-term rental hospitality company. As two motivated, hard-working individuals, they were instantly drawn to each other. They were both parts of the operations team at an Austin hospitality company so they worked closely alongside one another often. While building out rooms and organizing inventory, they got to know each other quite well.  Unfortunately, the COVID-19 Pandemic cost them both our jobs and they were left, for lack of a better word, devastated. It was a difficult time not being able to work and they decided to take their financial future into their own hands. They started to brainstorm a plan for their hospitality company.
