Kevin Garrett ran the fastest 40 yard dash time at the National Football League Combine in 2003 (4.31 seconds); he was then selected by the St. Louis Rams in the 5th round. He spent three seasons in the NFL with the Rams, Houston Texans, and Carolina Panthers. The Panthers signed and allocated Garrett to NFL Europa, where he played and was a full-time starter for the Amsterdam Admirals. Garrett finished up his professional playing career in the Canadian Football League for two seasons.
